This privacy policy applies to the SG Toto Chartist mobile application (shown as “Toto Chartist” inside the app), together with any related services operated by Toto Chartist (collectively, the “Application”). Toto Chartist is hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”.
SG Toto Chartist is a lifestyle and hobby application for analysing publicly published historical lottery draw results. It performs statistical analysis — frequency counts, gap and pattern statistics, and illustrative number combinations — for information and entertainment purposes only.
It is a statistics, charting and reference tool. It is not a gambling application.
The Application is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Singapore Pools, or any other lottery operator, gaming operator, or government body.
“Toto” refers to the lottery game whose publicly published results the Application analyses. All product names, brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
The Application does not offer gambling and cannot be used to gamble. Specifically, it does not:
The Application contains no in-app currency, no wagering and no prizes. Purchases in the Application are subscriptions that unlock analysis features only.
Lottery draws are random. Every combination has the same chance in every draw, and past results do not influence future results.
The charts, statistics and generated number combinations in the Application are descriptive summaries of historical data. They cannot predict future results and they do not improve your chances of winning. No outcome is guaranteed or implied, and nothing in the Application constitutes betting, financial or professional advice.
The Application is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Gambling should be a leisure activity — never a way to make money or to recover losses.

The Application does not require an account or registration, and the Service Provider does not operate a server that stores your personal data.
The Service Provider does not collect personal information from you automatically. Information reaches the Service Provider only if you choose to provide it:
Information provided this way is used only to respond to you, to support your subscription, and to improve the Application.
You may optionally provide an email address in the Application’s subscription details screen. It is not required; the Application works fully without it.
If you provide one, that email address is sent to RevenueCat (see Third Party Access below) and attached to your subscription profile, so that:
The email address is used only for subscription support and receipts. It is not used for marketing, it is not sold or shared with anyone else, and it is not used to track you across other applications or websites.
You can change or remove the email address at any time in the same screen, or by contacting the Service Provider at Toto.chartist@gmail.com.
The Application does not use cookies, pixels, web beacons or similar tracking technologies. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), does not track the screens or pages you view, and does not ask for permission to track you across other applications or websites.
The Application stores the following data locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to the Service Provider:
This data remains on your device until you uninstall the Application.
The Application retrieves publicly published historical draw results from public sources, such as the Singapore Pools website and public Google Sheets CSV exports. As with any internet request, the operator of the source site may see the IP address of your device in the ordinary course of serving that request. The Service Provider does not send your personal data to these sources, and does not receive or retain any data about you from them.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Premium features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions. On iOS, payment is processed by Apple; on Android, by Google Play. The Service Provider does not receive your name, card details or billing address.
RevenueCat receives an anonymised app user identifier and the store’s purchase receipt in order to confirm whether your subscription is active. It does not receive your name or your payment card details. If you optionally provide an email address as described above, that email address is attached to your subscription profile.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
The Service Provider does not operate servers. However, the third-party services listed above (RevenueCat, Apple and Google) may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those providers use appropriate mechanisms, which may include:
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards will be applied and any required consent obtained.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held by the Service Provider. Because the Service Provider only holds personal data you have provided — your support correspondence and any optional subscription email address — this is limited to those.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

You can stop the Application from storing data on your device by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes the data stored locally by the Application. You can also remove the optional subscription email address in the subscription details screen.
To request deletion of personal data the Service Provider holds (for example, support emails), to withdraw consent, or to exercise any of your rights, contact the Service Provider at Toto.chartist@gmail.com.
The Service Provider retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
You may request deletion of personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it, by contacting the Service Provider at Toto.chartist@gmail.com.
You can remove all data stored locally by the Application by uninstalling it. Because the Service Provider does not operate a user account system or a server storing your personal data, there is no account to delete.
You can remove the optional subscription email address yourself in the Application’s subscription details screen. To have it deleted from RevenueCat, or to request deletion of support correspondence, contact the Service Provider at Toto.chartist@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within the timeframes required by applicable law. Upon verification of your identity, the Service Provider will delete that personal data, except where retention is required for legal compliance.
Subscription records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat must be managed through those providers’ own privacy and account tools.
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18 years of age in violation of applicable law. If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, it will delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at Toto.chartist@gmail.com.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides reasonable administrative, technical and procedural safeguards.
Because the Application stores its data locally on your device and the Service Provider does not operate a server holding your personal data, the security of that locally stored data also depends on the security of your device.
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
